The Melted Men are currently finishing production of a DVD / tonsil remover. If your troat is swolt, just wait'll what y'alls damn eyes going to do when you get the choke hold on this damn DVD. Its worse than a human-being put in the spinning toe hold and get a thermometer up your butt. It will pop your damn TV set like the skull of a squirrel getting chewed on.

MARCH 2006 MELTED MEN will tour Europe in May + June 2006. Shows are being booked in Holland, Belgium, Austria, and Germany. Venues interested in having this very LIVE show should email the contact above ^. <+<>+>+>+>+>>>><><+++><<+><+><><+>+<+>< The new MELTED MEN double 12" vinyl record ROTTEN HUT FLORIST is finished, and is on the way. It should be available for sale the first week of April. This is a limited edition, deluxe two-record set on transparent vinyl, with a full-color gatefold sleeve. 29 tracks of pure dementia.
OCTOBER 2005 THE MELTED MEN will play in Spain and Portugal this October + November. LIVE DATES ARE UPDATED This is the first time that these countries will be subjected to Live food from the" B-CUN". The Melted Men will have a bucket of live eels at the door of each venue, which will be overseen by a rubber human being. This "person" is an expert at serving up eels, and will be cutting up the live eels with a pair of sharp scizzors. These peices will be deep-fat fried in the "A-Planty" Sauce, and subsuquently suffocated by a small anteater hill of steaming hash- browned flounder eyelids. All of this will be controlled with the Melted Men's NEW golf-controlled ettique sysytem, which is a new system that involves a situation where the MELTED MEN play their regular game of Golf, hereby creating circular wave patterns that will cause whipping bits of glass to burr up in country fried steaks that grow small human like pinkies,which will lift at ANY sign of un-ettiqute, such as: *shirts tails not tucked-in *neglectiing to replace the dibit *no belt *horse play or *foul-mouth language on the course. More Shows have been added+changed: look at these LIVE SHOW DATES. ROTTEN HUT FLORIST double Vinyl LP is being milked at this point and time. Will be ready when the themomoter pops out the chest.

Bo Tompkins backstage at the 40 Watt Club, Athens Ga, circa 1990, (photo :Peter Frey ) Now that the clouds have lifted, we are left with the sadness of the passing of our dear friend BO TOMPKINS. Bo passed away peacefully at home in Athens on May 21. Clad year-round in shorts, hiking boots, and an ever-present backpack, Bo walked and biked all over town visiting all walks of life. During his 19 years in Athens, he appeared where he wanted, when he wanted, and anyone whom he chose to visit was a little richer from that experience. Bo was known for his paintings in which birds, aliens, and other fantastic creatures hid, or popped to the forefront. He was also a very active musician, playing in groups such as Sky City, Medaglia D'Oro, Eraser-In-Law, Houston, and Synchilla, among others. He was also the biggest Melted Men freak that ever existed. There is no way to express the absolute freedom and intangibility of Bo Tompkins. He has left us diamonds.

APRIL 2005 <*><*><*><*><*><*><*><*><* MELTED MEN will tour Europe in May. Before that happens, they are required to crack the knuckles of every living dog in the state of Georgia. It is a long process, especially when these dogs have these tiny little paws like a hot-dog or a boston terrier. Sometimes their little knuckles won't crack right , and they'll get mad and snap at you. Once this time consuming task is finished, the authorities will issue special plane tickets to the Melted Men, and they will be on their way to Europe. The plane is a cheaper model because they dont want to have to give them anything to eat on the plane. This plane is different. This plane works on a new system where they get a nest of live Wasps and then they will put a bunch of anti-freeze on the backsides of each of the Melted Men. Wasps WILL sting anti-freeze and push it up into the air. SO, they will hit that Wasp nest with a big stick, and they will come buzzing out like a black cyclone direct to the bbacksides of each of the Melted men. This will provide a Squadron of millions of live Wasps that form into the shape of a primitive flying machine that willl get the Melted Mne to Europe by May 2005 for their tour. The countries that will recieve the dry socket will be: HOLLAND and FRANCE. There are links on the tour page where possible . In Paris France Underpants, Melted Men will take part in the SONIC PROTEST FESTIVAL which includes some incorrect entertainmant. All these other shows will shore have your back teeth floating. The festival will also release a compilation CD(Coaster of Drinks) as a consolation at the festival. They will sell these pieces of plastic that will temporarily contain a Melted Men track( among others) until it is scratched and rendered unreadable by any digital machine. The MM track is titled: Live at Go Bar So, as long as there is Anti-Freeze and Wasps Nests , you can see the >~>~>~>~>~<~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~> >~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~>~ BLOOD FOUTAIN is what will happen.

If you play this 12"LP record backwards, a Brown Reculse Spider will come out of the hole in the middle. The Melted Men will be on Tour in Germany and Austria this week. There will be mandatory vaccinations at the door when you pay your entrance fee, so anybody scared of shots , please consider this . This site will upgrade to the Morse Code system in May 2004. This winter, the MeltedMen had the absolute pleasure of recording a new EP with Tristan Bechet in NYC. Trztn is a founding member of FluxInfo Sciences, and is currently a member of the NYC superthunk band SERVICES. He is also vocalist/multi-instrumentalist in the incredible new band SAUNA KINGS with F.M Einheit (Einsturzende Neubauten) + Electro-Atomu. So anyway, this boy done put the whoop on some MM stuff. He recorded, produced, and frankenstiened these things into some kind of razor-sharp, hyperstereo, googlie-booglie that will be sure to dislodge any loose fillings you might have in your teeth. The 5 song,7"vinyl EP will be released on PinkSock Records sometime before Sept 04. Some of these things just might have to bust onto the new MM full-length that should be out this summer. A European tour will begin April 8th in Hamburg. Check the TOUR page for exactness. The tour will cover some of Germany and most of Austria. That big long-eared buck tooth rabbit will probably lay some suprize eggs down in that green hay that will have some chewed up cheese+ wheat crackers inside of them.
